Anand Madgulkar (ref :  http://www.anandmadgulkar.com/ )   (from Pune, India ) will be visiting us to present:  Gadimayan
As a
tribute to his father, Mahakavi Ga.Di.Madgulkar, his son Shri.Anand Madgulkar bears the torch forward with Gadimayan. The mesmerizing, ever-green songs, poetry, and literature penned by Ga.Di.Ma are presented through a musical journey  interweaving the beautiful Marathi chitrapat geete, bhavgeete, bhaktigeete, foot-tapping lavanya and geet ramayaan written by Gadima and presented by his son - Shri. Anand Madgulkar. So far Anandji has performed 28 successful shows of GaDiMayan in Australia, Gulf and North America.
Shri.Anand Madgulkar takes us through the multi-faceted life of this legend, touching upon Geet Ramayan as well. Narrating interesting incidents and creating an almost interactive program filled with 'potbhar gappa-goshti' about Gadima, we will relive the grandeur of this rich Marathi golden era!

Those, who show up for the event without RSVP, or later cancel rsvp offsets event planning and may lead to a potential food shortage or wastage sometimes.  Neither of these situations are pleasant, so please plan ahead and send us  RSVP ahead of time.
